The ground floor features a bright and modern living area with a dining space and a fully equipped kitchen. Large glass doors provide plenty of natural light and direct access to the covered terrace, swimming pool and landscaped garden. One bedroom with an en-suite bathroom is located on the ground floor, while the other two bedrooms are situated upstairs.
Villa Alina has three air-conditioned bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds, while the third is a twin bedroom with two separate beds. Each bedroom has its own private bathroom. An additional separate guest toilet is also available, making the villa particularly convenient for families and small groups.
The fully fully fenced garden offers privacy and security throughout your stay. At its centre is a private swimming pool surrounded by a sunbathing area and loungers, ideal for relaxing on warm summer days. The covered terrace features an outdoor dining table and a fully equipped summer kitchen, providing the perfect setting for shared meals and evenings outdoors.
Guests also have access to private covered parking. The villa is approximately 3 km from the sea, while the centre of Poreč, beaches, shops, restaurants and numerous attractions can all be reached within a few minutes by car.
